Is your glass half full or half empty? Do you easily think positive thoughts or is it more natural for you to worry? Do you like to see the sunny side of things and do you go for your goals, no matter what? Are you optimistic or rather pessimistic? What do you think: are good things about to happen or is everything in the soup?

It is high time to focus on the power of positive thinking. What do you think about when it comes to bringing your thoughts into a positive flow? When you have set your sights on something and you go for it completely, how do you keep those positive thoughts going? How do you do that, persevere with good courage?
